how much is the deposit?
to secure my services, a £300 deposit is required with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your wedding.
are you insured?
absolutely! it may be worth looking into your own wedding insurance too.
do you travel?
​yes! i love getting to see all of your incredible wedding locations. all travel within england + wales is included in the package pricing, however overnight stays are required for journeys 3 hours or more so there'll be an extra charge for that.
how do we book?
reach out to me via the contact page or drop an email to rob@shotbyrutley.com. i'll send over the booking form to gather as many initial details as possible then send an invoice for the deposit. once your deposit has been received, you're booked in!
what happens on the lead up to the big day?
i use an online form to collect as much info as i can (this can be amended as many times as you like). approx. 6 weeks before your wedding, we'll have a video call to run through the form + create the perfect plan. 2 weeks before the day, we'll schedule another call to go over the finishing touches. i'm always on hand to help though so please reach out anytime!
when will we receive our photos/videos?
the day will fly by for all of us but the fun really begins for me when i review the images or footage from the day. i put all my care + attention into the editing process so you're left with the absolute best from the day - this part can take some time, especially during busy months. expect an 8-12 week turnaround but i promise they'll be worth the wait.
